I've been so blessed for the last 8 years to be able to stay home with our girls. It certainly hasn't been without sacrifices, but we have always felt it's what's best for our children. It has been so nice to be with them all the time and watch them change and grow and watch their sweet little spirits develop.
For the last few months I have been trying to figure out when the right time to go back to work and more so what kind of work should I do. I've been throwing around the idea of nursing and teaching but my degrees will both be in business so that would mean more schooling (YUCK!). I like the idea of doing Human Resources for a company, but don't know if that is right for me. I know what my most important job is and it's being a mom to my girls. It's just that this career thing has been bothering me quite a bit so I thought I would throw my hat in the ring and see what comes of it. Any suggestions??
I think you would be great at Nursing since you are so good with people. I agree, motherhood is the best job! Smart of you to think of the future and to get prepared for whatever you may need to do. I finally finished my Masters Degree (it took a long time having babies in between), I haven't used it yet, but I feel peace knowing that I have it if I should ever need to teach again.
