So, in South Texas having tamales at Christmastime is a holiday tradition. I've always wanted to try to make them, but it is a little intimidating. It's a big process, but I decided to try it this year. I ended up making about three dozen with Ryan's help. They are mixed pork and chicken. They turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself. :)
